Meet Hannah
I’m Hannah, a marriage celebrant based in the beautiful town of Killarney, QLD.
I’m someone who deeply values connection, genuine conversation and creating moments that make people feel truly seen, heard and celebrated.
My journey to becoming a celebrant wasn’t the path I originally imagined for myself. In October 2021, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and at the time
one simple conversation unexpectedly changed everything. A close friend and I were chatting about her upcoming wedding when I casually said, “It would be so lovely to marry you.” Without hesitation, she replied, “Well… why don’t you?”
That small moment quietly sparked this entire journey.
Stepping into something so new was daunting, but as I began studying and learning more about celebrant servicing, I completely fell in love with it. I realised I could create ceremonies that felt warm, personal and relaxed. Ceremonies where couples felt fully supported and never questioned.
While my MS does mean I need to be intentional with the number of weddings I take on, it also means every ceremony I commit to receives my whole heart, energy and care. I know how precious life’s meaningful moments are, and it is such an honour to stand alongside couples as they begin this next chapter together.
When I’m not working on ceremonies, you’ll usually find me soaking up the quiet beauty of country life with my beautiful family here beneath the mountains.
I truly believe this path found me for a reason, and I cannot wait to help create a ceremony that feels authentically and unapologetically you.
